Giving you the best care possible so you can live an independent and active life

Hunter Primary Care's interdisciplinary allied health team consists of dietitians, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists and social workers. We offer a holistic and person-centred approach to give you confidence that you have a dedicated team who will work together toward your goals and success.

Our NDIS allied health services provide therapeutic supports to participants, as well as assessments and reports that inform access and planning decisions for your NDIS plan. We provide services that are culturally and trauma informed, evidenced-based and aim to build capacity, independence and strengthen health outcomes, including social and emotional wellbeing. We take pride in providing a collaborative and compassionate approach in getting to know you and your supports.

Our services are funded under the following supports:

  • Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living
